About Pashmina
My name is Pashmina. I’ve been using computers and the web since 1993, and I’ve been an interaction designer (IxD) since 2001. Until early 2010 I was a user experience designer at CQG, and moonlighted as the go-to expert for all things related to the web for business owners. Now, I’m a small business owner myself.
At Flow Simple I help business owners with internet marketing and transitioning their tech tools to cloud based services. Are you getting the most out of your Internet presence? Your website can be your best salesperson. And the web can become your new operating system.
Why pashmina blog? I started this blog in 2005 to share my thoughts on technology, strategy, design, and emerging trends in the web. But as you’ll see from my archives, the posts are pretty sporadic. Now it will be for those random one-off stuff that doesn’t “fit” the Flow Simple blog, my curated Greatest Web Apps blog or pashmina journal. My LJ is mostly posts on my personal development, process, and practice. I treat my it as a sacred space for that kind of self reflection.
Your stuff is really good!
All the best Pash!
